As part of CMDA initiative to promote the highest standards of Corporate Governance, and of business and ethical conduct of Directors/Secretaries serving on the Board of Companies, a Membership Register is introduced from 1st of May 2008.
The CMCGI will assess the needs of Directors/Company Secretaries registered and will organize seminars, workshops and training geared towards the needs of Corporate Directors and Company Secretaries.
