Lodge a Complaint

Complaints related to the market can be lodged to CMDA in the following manner:


  1. If it’s a complaint relating to a transaction/dealing with a licensed entity/market intermediary, raise it with the respective entity first, and if unresolved lodge the same to CMDA.
  2. If it’s a complaint relating to governance of listed companies and securities market regulations, raise it directly to CMDA.
