Under the CMDA Staff Development Program, two staff of this Authority, Market Regulation, Supervision and Enforcement Section has undergone an internship program at Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) of Sri Lanka from 17th – 28th January 2009. This program was conducted to familiarize about the activities carried out by the SEC in order to regulate the securities market, specially the market intermediaries, Stock Exchange of Colombo and Central Depository System.
